Kitchen position Job description
We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious food according to menu. You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery.

Must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals.
Must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.
Responsibilities
~Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
~ Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling
vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
~ Cook food in various utensils or grillers
~ Check food while cooking to stir or turn
~ Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
~ Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
~ Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
~ Check quality of ingredients
~ Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
Requirements and skills
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Punctuality
- Previous experience as cook
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
FOH position Job description
We are looking for professional Wait Staff to serve meals and drinks to the patrons of our business, take orders over the phone and deliver them deftly and accurately. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure customer satisfaction and augment our establishment’s reputation.
Responsibilities
~ Welcome guests to the venue and present our variety of menu options
~ Advise on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answer questions
~ Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately
~ Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
~ Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
~ Deliver checks and accept payment
~ Work with other staff as a team
~ Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
~ Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
~ Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
~ Greet customers upon their departure
~ Maintain a clean reception area
~ Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
Requirements and skills
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Punctuality
- Previous experience in Service
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining
and patio area
- Availability to work in shifts as needed
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
- High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus
