How did we get here?
Like many Vermont businesses, we were forced to close our restaurant after the 2023 floods. We turned that challenge into a new beginning…
We embraced the opportunity to build a professional production kitchen.
Since opening our restaurant in 2018, our passion has always been sharing great food, and today we're excited to bring our locally made favorites back to our community.
As we continue to grow, we look forward to offering hands-on cooking classes and private dining experiences.
